Simon is Operations and Finance Director for Optelma Lighting and has over 15 years’ experience in the lighting industry.  His role is to implement and improve company processes to ensure projects are delivered on time, to budget and specification.  He has an overview of company accounting and finance functions and is responsible for the team at the Abingdon head office which includes accounts, sales and distribution.  In his downtime, Simon enjoys live music and has an interest in cars and motorsport.
